The treasurer of the National Tribute to the Children of Dr. Herzl, Mr. Cyrus L. Sulzberger, has prepared a final report of the money which was collected here and which was sent to the Jewish Colonial Trusa, in London. The collection amounts to $4,348.40.
Zionist societies have recently been organized in Utica, N. Y., Hagerstown, Md., and New Bedford, Mass.

A great number of Zionists attended the wedding of Miss Jennie Steiner, President of the Young Ladies' Soshanos Zion of Brooklyn, to John Steinber, on Tuesday evening, Oct. 24, at GrandCentral Hall. A beautiful portrait of Mr. Wolfsohn, the new
Zionist leader, was presented to the couple. The speech of presentation was made by Miss Klausner. At the banquet Counsellor Weinstein spoke in praise of Miss Steinbers services on behalf of Zionism.

A meeting of the Zionist Council of Boston was held on Thursday, Oct. 19. The following officers were elected: Mr. Albert Hurwitz, President; Mr. Max A. Greensberg, Vice-President; Mr. Isidor Niditch, Recording Secretary; Mr. J. Hubbard, Financial Secretary; Mr. Noth B. Levine, Treasurer. The following standing committees were appointed: Press Committee Mr. P. M. Leavitt; Mr. Charles Kolodney; Mr. Isidore Niditch. Propaganda Committee: Mr. Albert Hurwitz, Mr. Isidore Niditch, Miss Elizabeth Weisman, Mr. P. M. Leavitt, and Mr. Gold; Committee on National Fund and Jewish Colonial Trust: Mr. J. M. Koven, Mr. Gold and Mr. Abrams; MACCABAEAN Committee: Mr. Noah B. Levine, Mr. J. Hubbard and Miss R. Weinstein. Auditing Committee: Mr. Bernard Goodrich, Miss Greenberg and Miss Saxe.
The Boston Daughters of Zion held their election of officers recently, and the officers are as follows: Miss Rose Weinstein, President; Miss Bertha Lewis, Vice-Pres.; Miss Dora Bernard, Recording Secretary; Miss Gussie Greenberg, Corr sponding and Financial Secretary; Miss Gertrude Shelevsky, Treasurer.
Under the auspices of the Zionist Council, of Boston, a mass meeting was held on Sunday, Nov. 5th, for the purpose of receiving reports of delegates to the Seventh Zionist Congress. Rev. Dr. J. L. Magness and Mr. A. H. Fromenson delivered addresses relative to the work of the Congress and the present status of Zionism. The other speakers of the occasion were the Rev. Dr. M.M. Eichler and Rabbi M. Z. Margolis. Rabbi Gorowitz, of Woonsocket, who was to have sopken, was prevented from doing so by an accident.
